Beverly K. Straub
Beverly is a 5th generation Texan, grew up in central Texas, is a 1982 graduate of Texas State University with a BBA in Accounting, and been a CPA since 1991. Beverly and her husband John live in the neighborhood, and together have 4 children and one grandchild. When she’s not at the office, you will find Beverly enjoying the local events in town, traveling with her husband and family and volunteering with local non-profits.
Will Battaile
Will is the practice manager and oversees all projects of the firm. He was born and raised in Austin. He has been part of our team since September 2007, graduating from Texas State University in 2012 with a BBA in Accounting. He enjoys playing disc golf, camping and spending time with his wife and 4-year old son.
Jennifer McGlone
Jennifer joined our team in August of 2022 and became a CPA in September 2024. She assists with tax return preparation, bookkeeping, and other accounting projects. Jennifer moved to Austin, Texas from central Illinois in 2012. She earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 2004, and a Professional Accounting Certificate from Austin Community College in 2017. She enjoys cooking, crafting, and spending quality time with her two children.
Ivan Perry
Ivan joined our team in 2011; he, his wife and 2 children came to us from Michigan. He reviews tax returns as well as handles IRS and state tax matters and financial statement preparation and review; Ivan has been a CPA since 1996. He has taught for Austin Community College, Wayne County Community College,Oakland Community College in MI, as well as math to middle school students, Pre-K – 12th grade students. He has a BS degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, and has a Master of Education degree from Marygrove College in Detroit, MI. Ivan enjoys spending time with his family and is active in his family’s church.
Colleen Lewis
Colleen joined us in February 2009. She and her husband have been clients and friends of Beverly for more than 30 years. Before moving to Texas in the 80’s from Michigan, Colleen earned an Applied Sciences degree from Schoolcraft College in Livonia, MI. She provides client care as well as taking care of billing and scheduling. She has prior experience working in accounting firms, national and private businesses as well as owning small businesses. She enjoys gardening, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
Lisa Painter
Lisa has worked with us since she first came to Texas from Albuquerque, NM in 1997. She handles bookkeeping, payroll, tax reporting and accounting using QuickBooks. Lisa enjoys spending time with her son and family, shopping, bowling, reading and attending live music venues.
